The Number of the Star of David is 33

33 is not only a numerical representation of “the Star of David,” but also the numerical equivalent of AMEN: 1+13+5+14=33.

- 33 (number), Wikipedia

The Star of David is composed of two opposite triangles, meaning two 3s - 33.

The significance of thirty-three is also seen at Jesus' age at death, 33...Number 33 also is a numerical representation of the Star of David (also known as the shield of David).

  1. I thought that the Jewish star of David was taken from King David's battle shield.
Thanks for the clear and short explanation. Very beautiful.

    1. The Hexagram Star of David, just like a 4 x 4 x 4 cube has six sides, has six points (or mini-triangles) with no way in to the 7th part-- the center, the middle, the beginning of all time and space. Of course God is out there, somewhere...But He is also IN there somewhere, but we are not invited in, until death and then 'Face to Face.'

Beautiful in Hebrew is Japheth, the Son of Noah and mythical Father of the Gentiles (not the Jews who descend from Shem, his older brother)..

God bless, Shalom, and Happy Easter to All!
